Ingredients

  • 2 cups butternut squash peeled and cubed into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large apple cored and sliced into ¼-inch thick wedges
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed butternut squash and apple slices.
