Ingredients

  • 1 cup flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 stick cinnamon

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the flax seeds, chia seeds, fennel seeds, and water.
  2. Add the cinnamon stick to the saucepan.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.

  5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the tea steep for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Strain the tea through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher or large bowl to remove the seeds and cinnamon stick.
