Method
In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, and granulated sugar.
Whisk the ingredients together until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
Add the paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder to the bowl.
Whisk again until all the spices are evenly distributed and the sauce is well combined.
Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if needed, adding more sugar for sweetness or vinegar for tanginess.
Transfer the sauce to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
