Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold coconut water
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 0.5 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 0.5 small cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 0.5 lime juice
  • 0.5 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • ice cubes (optional)

Method

  1. Add cold coconut water to a blender to form the hydrating base of the drink.
  2. Add apple cider vinegar, pineapple chunks, cucumber slices, lime juice, and grated ginger.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add more coconut water if needed for desired consistency.
  4. Pour into a glass over ice if desired. Stir gently and serve immediately.
  5. Optional: garnish with a cucumber slice or pineapple wedge for a tropical touch.
