Ingredients
1cupfresh mango chunks (about 1 large mango, peeled and pitted)
1/2cupfresh pineapple chunks
1/2cupcoconut water, chilled
1/2cupunsweetened Greek yogurt
1tbsphoney (or to taste)
1/4tspground ginger
1/2cupcrushed ice
1tbspchia seeds (optional)
lime wedge, for garnish (optional)

Method
Add mango, pineapple, coconut water, Greek yogurt, honey, and ground ginger to a blender.
Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Add crushed ice and blend briefly (15 seconds) to chill.
Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
If using chia seeds, stir in or pulse briefly to distribute.
Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
Use frozen mango for a thicker texture. Replace honey with stevia or monk fruit for low sugar. Store up to 24 hours in the fridge — shake well before drinking!
