1/4cupfresh basil leavesfinely chopped

8ouncesfresh mozzarella cheesesliced into 1/4-inch thick pieces
2mediumRoma tomatoessliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise, creating two long, open-faced halves. Place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped basil, and 1/4 teaspoon salt until well combined. Spread this garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of both bread halves.
Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the butter is melted and the edges of the bread are lightly toasted and golden.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Arrange the sliced mozzarella cheese in a single layer over the warm garlic bread, followed by a single layer of tomato slices.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Carefully remove the bread from the oven. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Let it cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving.
