This celery apple juice blends sweet apples and crisp celery with a splash of lemon for a refreshing, detox-friendly drink — perfect for mornings or post-lunch pick-me-ups.

Ingredients

  • 4 large celery stalks, trimmed and chopped
  • 2 medium apples, cored and chopped (Honeycrisp or Fuji)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

  • fine-mesh sieve or nut milk bag

Method

  1. Wash and prep the celery and apples, removing any dirt or stems. Chop into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Add chopped celery, apples, lemon juice, and cold water to a high-powered blender.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or nut milk bag. Press to extract all juice.
  4. Taste and stir in honey if additional sweetness is desired.
  5. Serve over ice or refrigerate in a sealed jar for up to 24 hours. Shake well before drinking.
