Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups coconut water, chilled
  • 0.5 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 0.25 cup mango, peeled and diced
  • 0.5 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes
  • 1 dose Mounjaro (as prescribed)

Method

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine the coconut water, pineapple, mango, lime juice, honey (if using), and mint.
  2. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until the mixture is smooth and lightly frothy.
  3. Add the ice cubes and pulse briefly until the drink becomes lightly slushy.
  4. If using Mounjaro, stir it into the drink until completely dissolved.
  5. Taste and adjust with extra honey or lime juice to your preference.
  6. Serve immediately in a tall glass, garnished with mint or pineapple if desired.
