  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

  • measuring cups and spoons
  • spatula

Method

  1. Add coconut water, banana, mango, pineapple, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  2. Blend on medium speed for 30 seconds until ingredients are roughly combined.
  3. Add Greek yogurt and blend again for another 20 seconds to incorporate.
  4. Toss in ice cubes and blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until smooth and frothy.
  5. Pause blending to scrape down the sides if needed, then blend for another 10 seconds.

Notes

Swap Greek yogurt for coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version. For low-sugar needs, replace honey with a soaked Medjool date or vanilla stevia. Add chia seeds to slow sugar absorption or almond butter for creaminess. Freeze leftovers in molds for kid-friendly popsicles!
