Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup whole milk, cold
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • whipped cream (optional)
  • ground cinnamon or cocoa powder (optional garnish)

Method

  1. Brew 1 ½ cups of strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. In a mason jar or shaker, combine the cooled coffee, whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well mixed and slightly foamy.
  4. Fill a tall glass halfway with ice cubes.
  5. Pour the coffee mixture over the ice.
  6. Top with whipped cream if desired and sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa powder.
  7. Stir gently before sipping and enjoy immediately.
  8. Adjust sweetness or strength by adding more condensed milk or coffee to taste.
