Notes

Try almond butter for creaminess or swirl in tahini for a Middle Eastern twist. For diabetic-friendly versions, swap honey with mashed dates or monk fruit. Store chilled between parchment layers for perfect texture and easy gifting. To avoid seized chocolate, keep water away while melting and use coconut oil for a glossy snap.
