Start your morning with this mineral-rich Himalayan pink salt water—also known as sole water. This quick detox drink supports digestion, hydration, and electrolyte balance, and may assist with weight loss when paired with healthy habits.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt (fine grain)
  • 1 cup warm filtered water (about 100°F)

Equipment

  • Glass or stainless steel cup
  • Spoon or stirrer
  • Filtered water

Method

  1. Warm the filtered water until it's comfortably warm to the touch, but not hot.
  2. Add the Himalayan pink salt to the warm water.
  3. Stir thoroughly for 20–30 seconds until the salt has mostly dissolved. A small amount of sediment is normal.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 1–2 minutes to allow full blending.
  5. Drink slowly on an empty stomach, ideally first thing in the morning.
  6. Rinse your mouth with plain water afterward to protect tooth enamel.
  7. Repeat daily for up to 7 days, then evaluate tolerance and consult a healthcare provider if extending use.
