1cupwarm filtered water (about 100°F)

Warm the filtered water until it's comfortably warm to the touch, but not hot.
Add the Himalayan pink salt to the warm water.
Stir thoroughly for 20–30 seconds until the salt has mostly dissolved. A small amount of sediment is normal.
Let the mixture sit for 1–2 minutes to allow full blending.
Drink slowly on an empty stomach, ideally first thing in the morning.
