Ingredients

Pizza Dough
  • 1 cup water lukewarm
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
Pizza Toppings
  • red sauce
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1/4 green pepper
  • 1/4 red pepper
  • rosemary

Method

  1. Combine the water, yeast and sugar in a bowl. Rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine the flour and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and knead until you get a soft ball.
  4. Place in a bowl and cover. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough and form pizzas. Add sauce and toppings.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 475°F for 15–18 minutes until crust is golden.
