This creamy mango mint smoothie blends sweet tropical mango with cooling mint, creamy yogurt, and honey for a refreshing and energizing drink that tastes like summer in a glass.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, packed
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Method

  1. Add the frozen mango, yogurt, milk, honey, mint leaves, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds, scraping down the sides if needed.
  3. Add the ice cubes and blend again until thick and creamy, about 15–20 seconds.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish with a fresh mint leaf if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes
