Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 0.25 cup fresh mint leaves, packed
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes

Method

  1. Add frozen mango, yogurt, milk, honey, mint, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds, scraping sides as needed.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend again until thick and creamy, 15–20 seconds more.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey, if desired.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish with a fresh mint leaf. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegan version, use coconut yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey. Add lime juice for zing, or turn leftovers into smoothie pops! Fresh mango works too—just increase ice for thickness.
