Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Equipment

  • blender
  • measuring cups
  • spoon or spatula for scraping sides
  • glass for serving

Method

  1. Add the frozen mango chunks to a blender.
  2. Pour in the Greek yogurt, orange juice, and milk.
  3. Add the honey and vanilla extract for sweetness and depth of flavor.
  4. Toss in the ice cubes to give the smoothie a thick, frosty texture.
  5. Blend on high speed for about 45–60 seconds, or until completely smooth.
  6. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed, then blend again for a few more seconds.
  7. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding a little more honey if desired.
  8. Pour into a glass and serve immediately while cold and creamy.

Notes

Use frozen mango for thickness. To make it dairy-free, swap in coconut yogurt and plant-based milk. Add protein powder or spinach to boost nutrition. Sweetness may vary based on mango ripeness, so taste and adjust with honey as needed.
