  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons granola

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk gently until the ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the mixed berries, being careful not to crush them too much, until they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt.
  3. Divide the mixed berry yogurt mixture evenly between two serving bowls.
  4. Sprinkle one tablespoon of granola over the top of each bowl for a crunchy texture.
  5. Serve immediately for the best texture, or you can chill it in the refrigerator for up to 30 minutes first.
