This Mounjaro Detox Drink is a refreshing, zesty infusion that supports digestion and hydration. Made with cucumber, lemon, mint, and apple cider vinegar, it's a light and natural way to start your morning feeling energized and balanced.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Equipment

  • mason jar or large glass
  • spoon for stirring
  • knife and cutting board
  • grater

Method

  1. Add the cold water to a mason jar or large glass.
  2. Drop in the cucumber and lemon slices, making sure they're fully submerged.
  3. Stir in the grated ginger, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, and honey if using.
  4. Gently tear the mint leaves to release flavor and add them to the drink.
  5. Stir everything well and let the mixture rest for at least 15 minutes to infuse.
  6. Give it one last stir before drinking, or strain if preferred.
  7. For best results, serve chilled and drink in the morning on an empty stomach.

Notes
