Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 medium banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 30g)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 to 6 ice cubes

Equipment

  • blender
  • measuring cups and spoons
  • knife
  • glass or jar

Method

  1. Add almond milk to a blender, followed by Greek yogurt to create a creamy base.
  2. Add frozen banana slices and mixed berries for natural sweetness and a thick texture.
  3. Spoon in the peanut butter and sprinkle in flaxseed for healthy fats and fiber.
  4. Add the scoop of protein powder and cinnamon to boost flavor and nutrition.
  5. Top with ice cubes for a chilled, frothy blend.
  6. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
  7. Taste and adjust thickness with more ice or milk as needed.
  8. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy immediately for best texture.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, swap Greek yogurt with coconut or almond yogurt. You can also skip the banana to reduce sugars, or add spinach for more fiber. Prep smoothie packs ahead by freezing all ingredients except milk.
