Method
Add almond milk to a blender, followed by Greek yogurt to create a creamy base.
Add frozen banana slices and mixed berries for natural sweetness and a thick texture.
Spoon in the peanut butter and sprinkle in flaxseed for healthy fats and fiber.
Add the scoop of protein powder and cinnamon to boost flavor and nutrition.
Top with ice cubes for a chilled, frothy blend.
Blend on high for 45–60 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust thickness with more ice or milk as needed.
