Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp grated fresh ginger (optional)

Method

  1. In a glass or jar, combine apple cider vinegar and filtered water. Stir well to dilute.
