Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water (about 110°F)
  • 1 tbsp raw organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric (optional)
  • 1 tsp raw honey or pure maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger (optional)

Equipment

  • storage bottle or jar with lid

Method

  1. Pour the warm water into a medium glass or non-reactive bowl.
  2. Add the pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved (about 30 seconds).
  3. Add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. Mix gently to combine.
  4. If using, whisk in turmeric, honey or maple syrup, and freshly grated ginger.
  5. Let the mixture sit for 2–3 minutes to allow flavors to mellow together.
  6. Taste the drink and adjust sweetness or acidity if needed.
  7. Pour into a glass or bottle and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Shake well before drinking.
  8. Enjoy chilled in the morning or before meals as a natural wellness tonic.

Notes
