1cupwarm water (about 110°F)
1tbspraw organic apple cider vinegar
1tbspfresh lemon juice
1/2tsppink Himalayan salt
1/4tspground turmeric (optional)
1tspraw honey or pure maple syrup (optional)
1/2tspfreshly grated ginger (optional)

Method
Pour the warm water into a medium glass or non-reactive bowl.
Add the pink Himalayan salt and stir until fully dissolved (about 30 seconds).
Add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. Mix gently to combine.
If using, whisk in turmeric, honey or maple syrup, and freshly grated ginger.
Let the mixture sit for 2–3 minutes to allow flavors to mellow together.
Taste the drink and adjust sweetness or acidity if needed.
Pour into a glass or bottle and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Shake well before drinking.
Enjoy chilled in the morning or before meals as a natural wellness tonic.
For a sugar-free version, omit the honey or maple syrup. Add a pinch of black pepper to boost turmeric absorption. Always use warm (not hot) water for better blending and flavor.
