In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of coarse sea salt and 1 teaspoon of beetroot powder.
Use a whisk or fork to thoroughly mix the ingredients until the salt is evenly tinted a light pink color.
Add 1 tablespoon of finely crushed dried rose petals to the bowl and gently stir to distribute them evenly throughout the salt.
Spread the mixture in a thin, even layer onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Allow the pink salt to air-dry at room temperature for 1 hour, stirring occasionally to ensure even drying.
