Method
In a large glass or pitcher, combine the cold water and pink Himalayan salt.
Stir well until the salt is fully dissolved. This may take about 30 seconds.
Add the fresh lemon juice and stir again to combine.
If using, mix in raw honey until it dissolves completely—it helps to use room temperature honey.
For extra electrolytes and a smoother taste, pour in the coconut water and mix well.
Let the drink sit for 2–3 minutes so the flavors can meld.
Serve over ice if desired, or enjoy as is. Stir before drinking, as natural separation may occur.
For a citrusy variation, try using grapefruit or lime juice. Skip the honey or use stevia for a low-carb version. Shake before serving to avoid salt settling. Best consumed fresh or within 24 hours if using coconut water.
