Method
In a small glass or pitcher, combine the cold water and pink salt. Stir well until the salt dissolves completely.
Add the lemon juice and honey, stirring until the sweetener is fully incorporated.
Sprinkle in the ground ginger and stir gently to distribute evenly.
Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more honey or lemon if desired.
Pour over ice if serving chilled, or enjoy as is for a refreshing, lightly spiced drink.
Stir again before drinking to ensure the flavors are well blended.
For a lower-sugar version, swap honey with stevia or monk fruit. Store in fridge for up to 3 days. Fresh ginger can be used instead of ground (1/8 tsp grated).
