1/4tspHimalayan pink salt
1tbspfresh lemon juice

Method
In a large glass or mason jar, combine the cold water and pink salt, stirring until fully dissolved.
Add the lemon juice and raw honey. Stir until the honey is fully incorporated.
Lightly crush the mint leaves to release oils and drop them into the drink (optional).
Add a handful of ice cubes to chill the drink quickly.
Stir again and adjust the taste with more honey or lemon juice if desired.
Let sit for 1–2 minutes to allow flavors to meld, then enjoy immediately.
