Method
Measure 1 cup of warm water into a glass. The water should be warm to the touch, similar to bath water, to help the honey dissolve easily.
Add 1 teaspoon of raw, unfiltered honey to the warm water. Avoid using processed honey, as raw honey contains more beneficial enzymes.
Stir the mixture continuously with a spoon for about 30 seconds until the honey is completely dissolved and the water appears slightly cloudy.
Consume the honey water immediately while it is still warm, ideally on an empty stomach for maximum absorption.

For best results, perform this routine consistently each morning, stirring well each time to ensure the honey is fully incorporated.
