Combine the frozen pineapple, frozen mango, sliced banana, fresh spinach, coconut water, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and grated ginger in the pitcher of a high-speed blender.
Secure the lid tightly on the blender and blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds, using the tamper if necessary to push ingredients into the blades, until the mixture is completely smooth with no visible chunks of fruit or spinach.
