Method
In a blender, combine chilled watermelon, basil leaves, lime juice, honey, and salt. Blend on high until smooth, about 1 minute.
Add ice cubes and blend again until frothy, about 30 seconds.
Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness with more honey or lime juice if desired.
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher for a smoother texture (optional).
